In additional, OCAGC in partnership with Art on Wheels, St. Clair Superior Development Corp. will have several finished art displays that was the result the educational art program for Cleveland’s inner city children. You will have the opportunity to see the amazing work done by 3rd and 4th graders from Case Elementary school. expands the Year of the Rat For
more information contact: Upon program completion, all art projects will be on display the month of May at Cleveland City Hall in the Rotunda, in honor of Chinese heritage month. Year
of the Rat Project Overview: The Year of the Rat public art project
celebrates St. Clair Superior’s growing Asian Community, its
blossoming artistic community and its business community. The project
is in commemoration of the Chinese Year of the Rat, which began
with the new moon February 7, 2008. In celebration, SCSDC will install
23 fiberglass rat sculptures painted by Northeast Ohio artists throughout
the St. Clair Superior Neighborhood, which encompasses the area
from the lake to Superior and Payne Avenues from Martin Luther King
